House Rules and Room Rates

Deposits may be required.
Deposits will be refunded, less $20 per room, with cancellation notice at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Refunds cannot be made for cancellations received fewer than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival, unless the room is rebooked.
Check-in time is between 3 and 6 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. We will be pleased to make other arrangements with prior notice.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Unfortunately, we must charge you a cleaning fee equal to your total bill if we discover evidence of smoking in your room.
To keep our off-season rates low, the Continental breakfast in the Garden Suites is only available during the Shakespeare season.
Pets are not permitted at the B&B. We love pets and our chocolate lab Cappy, who is generally confined to the B&B private back rooms, is friendly and always looking for a belly rub, a pat on the head, or a walk. He will be honored to be your substitute pet while you are here.
Our Garden Suites are, however, Fido Friendly™ and welcome peripatetic pooches. There is an additional charge of $10 a night, per dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds. If we discover, after you leave, strong evidence that your pet has been in bed with you and soiled the bedspread, we reserve the right to charge you an additional cleaning fee.
Children are welcome.
