Independent Survey of Anne Hathaway's Guests Reveals...
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You The results are in from the survey of past guests conducted by two Southern Oregon University students for their Applied Business Research course. Professor Donna Lane said the return rate of nearly 15 percent was not only statistically sound, it was very high and indicated a particularly loyal clientele. Major conclusions are:

What's the favorite part of your stay? The surveyors wrote: "Common themes included: the welcoming and accommodating innkeepers/hosts, overall atmosphere and experience at the bed and breakfast, the "at home" or "cozy" feel, the breakfasts and snacks offered, conversations held with the innkeepers and other guests, association with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and being pet-friendly." We extend heartfelt thanks to all who responded and pledge to work on correcting the several shortcomings noted - including better signage and lighting - and to continue to provide top-notch service to all who choose to stay at Anne Hathaway's.
